Located in Minot, ND. This community is just outside of town, making it easy to get to local shopping areas. There is even a local golf course, the Souris Valley Gold Course as well as a nearby Zoo, Roosevelt Park Zoo.

If you have visitors from out of town or even out of state there is also a local airport, the Minot International Airport as well as plenty of local hotels and places for guests to stay.
