This 42 pad park is located on over 9 acres in Ozark Missouri, one of the fastest growing towns in Missouri. It is located between Springfield and Branson. The park has City water and sewer, and paved roads. Here is the situation. I own this park in my 401K. This means that we do not file income taxes on the park. We have no Schedule E's, P&Ls , etc. This also makes me unable to bring new mobile homes into the park. As old units have been abandoned, we have removed them... About half the pads are rented.
