Manufactured Home Park for owner occupied homes. We are nestled in a nice green space at the South end of town. There is a play area in a large grassy area. The park supplies sewer for each space. Everyone 18 and over wanting to live here have to go through a screening process.
The park office is located next door to the North, at 29701 Hwy 47. Park and office are located in Yamhill County.
