For sale is an 11 space mobile home park. The property is zoned for 14 lots. I have owned this park for about 8 years and it is easy to manage. All tenants pay $175 montly lot rent and it would be easy to raise it to $200. All lots in the area average $225. Currently there are 9 lots occupied with 2 lots recently vacated but ready to rent and one home that was just vacated. Until January 2012 the park had an outdated sewer pump station that I had to maintain. Currently, the lift station was replaced and taken over by the city at a cost of approximately $70,000.
