I specialize in the sale of mobile home parks in SC, NC and NY. 

One stop shopping!  I’ve got OVER 250 mobile home parks right now.

I’m co-broking on most of the parks, which means they are listed with another real estate agent who represents the seller. The seller always pays the commission.
