I am one of the principals of and the
broker for Frazier Properties Real Estate. Through our sister
companies we hold an unlimited general contracting license in the
state of North Carolina, are land developers and own several mobile
home parks - so we have first hand knowledge of "the business".
I received a North Carolina broker's license in 1979 and a BA in
Economics from Davidson College in 1983. I have found that,
far from being the homegrown business that it once was, mobile home
park ownership has lent itself to the more sophisticated financial
