Oakridge Mobile Home Park is a 9 unit park located in the Rogers School District. It is situated on 2 acres outside the city limits of Florence AL. The park has city water and electric that is individually metered. Sewer is handled by septic tanks and there is one tank per trailer. There is an asphalt private road in decent shape for access into the park. The park has 8 Park Owned Homes (POH) and 1 Tenant Owned Home (1). The trailers range in age from 1990-2018. Two trailers were recently updated and two newer trailers were recently added to the park. The park is a mixture of 3 bed/2 bath and 2 bed/2 bath units.
