This park will need work, there are some old abandoned trailers on the property that the seller does not hold title to, and some clean up will be needed. Park is priced accordingly at $7k per estimated spaces. Nearby park that needed some improvement at 55% occupancy recently sold for $13k per lot. Not in a flood zone and very close to Orangeburg.
