Once the PSA is finally executed, we will file a motion seeking approval of the sale pursuant to Section 363 of the bankruptcy code. Sometimes this process opens up a bidding process where the PSA would act as the opening offer and formal competitive bidding follows, sometimes not.

It’s NOT our intention to have a formal bidding process. Essentially, we will simply ask that the sale be approved to our identified buyer for the agreed price. We would prefer that during this time, you entertain discussions and disclosures with any interested buyers and accept back up offers in the event a sale falls through.

Silver View RV Resort is a 267 space all age community located in Bullhead City, Arizona. The Park was built in 2002 and sits on approximately 33.22+‐ acres. The Park consists of RV and Park Model sites ranging from 30’ X 60’‐72’, while the 64 bluff sites with river views are 28.5’ X 70’‐100’. There are land lease options available. The Park has 45 pull thru sites. The community offers Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Annual rates. The Silver View Mini‐Market and Deli. The Deli is open 7 days a week and offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. They also provide “Room Service” delivery to the Resort’s tenants. The Market offers tobacco products, soda, and household/toiletry items, a “full‐service Market”. The Deli and Market is open to the general public, makes food for the employees & first class passengers of the Sun County Airline and is able to accept EBT.
