New development--the park owned unit was returned to the park yesterday and is in rough shape. We have a construction company purchasing the home and renovating it. Now it will be just lot rent like all the other units in the park.
Wonderful park like setting. These homes are not in a line down the road into the park. They are spread throughout the property. The Residents have lots of room to spread out and they are responsible to mow their own lot. It is Municipal water and most of them pay their own water bill. We have Septic and the tanks were pumped out 1 1/2 years ago. Usually we only need to pump every 4-5 years unless there is an issue. There is a park manager on site and he also takes care of the lawn care.
The taxes are better in this park as it is outside of the Village so there is no Village Tax and with only 2.2 acres you are not paying taxes on "potential" sites.
There are 20 sites and 9 are occupied.
