we have an 8 acre all age mobile hm park permitted for 28 lots but only has 18 homes 14x70 3 homes are left to completely rehab all have been gone through

new floors - new ceramic tile- new paint on the entire inside's -new faucets- some have new doors & windows and many more items!

there are 3 wells with brand new pumps and good working septic systems a cash deposit was given and the city water should be in with in the next 2-3 weeks only a 3rd of all the land is used. I got permission to build/ install 40-50 homes total and there's room to build an office, rec room or play ground

My only problem is I live in California and im not able to get out here much with the construction work I do I'm all hands on...Approximately 2 miles from the Walmart ,Denny's ,Steakhouse ,and a good size friendly town with lots of shops and supply stores with a good environment & close to the freeway

50-60 min east of st Luis airport 3 hours south of Chicago..The maintenance / mgr lives in one of the units and is very easy to work with But doesn't know about the sale ...Please do not discus the sale with any body

renters pay mostly on time only 1 eviction in 14 months & the park owns all 18 homes in which can be sold to the tenants or kept ...This park has a lot of potential with all the land and can be turned into a rv lot with all the construction guys working on the pipelines...I just simply need to sell I cant run it from were I live
