these 15-16 rental units have huge upside and large lots..this village park has 5-6 parcels and each unit has one -2 acres of land. the park is on septic and wells and is ugly....lol..most units are 20-30 years old. units rent for $110 to $115/week..units have window ac's and space heaters for winter..There is little to no zoning and newerunits can be brought in. this little village park has netted as much as $35k before but this year will only doabout $20k as the owner is ready to retire from rental as he's older. he's asking $99k but might take $170k...let's look and make an offer..call for a package...bh
