This park was in litigation from 2011 until May of 2014. The park has 25 hookups with city water and sewer, each individually metered. The park was vandalized during the 3year period where there was no oversight. 20 of the homes were declared "uninhabitable" by the city of Morganton. These homes are being removed in November 2014. There are presently 5 homes occupied. 4 owned by the park.
The city has been both patient and helpful in rectifying this distressed property.
