I own this park. 86 spaces RV and a few mobiles. This is a year round RV park that doesn't depend on winter snowbirds at all.
It is one of three RV parks in Town and because of it's country setting instead of in the heart of Kingsville it gets most of the RV traffic. The park is right off hwy 77 south and good bill boards going both ways. Very Very simple park to manage, we have a very good on-site manager and maint guy. The pool was rebuilt in 08, laundry room and club house in one building.

Great property, we cater to the UNV of Texas A&M Kingsville and have about 65% students who stay 3 to 4 years at a time. Haven't been below 85% occupancy in years.
