There apparently was room for 15 units, however there are presently 7 single wide mobile homes and a 2 bedroom cottage on the property presently.

Except one singlewide all tenants pay for their own electricity. Water is a 4 year old well maintained by the owner and trash removal is a dumpster emptied twice monthly. I do the lawn care and most of the maintenance.

The park consists of 4 acres in a rural setting, with many live oak trees scattered throughout. It is on a very quiet two lane blacktop (Corinth Church Road) with very little traffic, just 2 miles from exit 262 on I10. One of the residents collects the rent which averages to $510. per unit.
