I am 86 and own Mobile Homes USA -a licensed RV and Mobile Home Dealer and bought this park for investment purposes to develop but live in Fort Myers, Florida and need to find a partner or buyer to complete development or find
better usage of the total property.

It is currently inoperative with three prior tenants not paying rent but living on the property with no rent being paid for the homes they own . On October 11, 2021 I filed a subdivision for 13 lots of which only three are currently occupied
but I have nobody on site to collect the rents. Eight (8) of these lots have electric
plus city water and septic tanks.

I have 2 parcels with a total 12.8 acres including a pond. The entire parcel is high and dry. which is ideal for mobile home storage and rehab- There is a fenced cleared lot in the rear behind the property that can accommodate over 50 homes, RVs or Boats for Dry Storage as needed.

The Park has been approved to store, rehab and sell repos or put
storage units on the property. I have a Mobile Home Dealer License in Florida and can get one for an Alabama license for this property if you are interested. There is a purchase money mortgage of $40,000 in place which should be paid off so the total property would be free and clear to finance development.
