No mobile homes are on the site at this time. The site did contain 34 units all of which are gone. The 14 septic sites remain which ( i think ) will accommodate 28 units , according to present state law. Also, no zoning laws are presently in place in Warren

There is an old frame house located on the property (which may or may not be worth remodeling). Property contains 7.64 acres with 14 septic systems and a 2 inch water tap. All septic systems were properly maintained in accordance with TN state codes. Property is located in Warren County just 3 miles outside the city limits of McMinnville.
