Only selling to move some money into another investment. Have 4 other parks that could be sold but I only want to sell one. All on city utilities. Park in Volga is near Brookings (2 miles) and is easy to rent out vacant homes. Large cold storage building (50x80). Great manager that runs another park of mine will stay on if desired.
