Wellington Estates is a beautiful manufactured housing community located in the growing northern valleys of Reno, Nevada. We are a quiet all-age community of 119 homes, all of which have private backyards and attached two-car garages. Our large Clubhouse encloses our heated pool, spa, and sauna as well as a large lounge area, full kitchen, and dining room.
