Nice quiet park with wide open space in the city limits of Troy Tx. Presently there are 17 occupied spaces. There is a total of 21 spaces with the option of adding 3 more to total 24 spaces. All tenants pay their own utilities and they are responsible for mowing their own spaces. Since I have owned the park there have been multiple homes demolished and newer ones moved in.
