Country Home Mobile Park is a 15 space mobile home community located in Redmond, Oregon. This park has been well maintained by the current owner since 2006. Some of the upgrades include six newer homes, 25 trees and complete sprinkler system, five acres of Swally Irrigation Water and an enlarged pond with a fence. The grounds are well maintained by professional landscapers.

Currently, 12 out of the 15 mobile homes are owned by the park; six of which have been replaced with newer and larger homes. Space rent ranges from $200 to $325, which is almost $100 below market for the area. The community is a quiet family park with very low turnover.
