Location: This is a full-time position based in Lafayette, LA for a Manufactured Housing Community. Must have some prior Residential Property Management experience.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations, including leasing, and tenant relations.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Manage the leasing process, including advertising available units, screening potential tenants, and negotiating lease agreements.
- Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely completion and quality work.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain tenants, including upselling additional services or amenities.
- Handle tenant inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, resolving conflicts as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of all property-related activities, including financial transactions, maintenance requests, and tenant communications.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance projects.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify any issues or areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on market trends and competition to make informed decisions regarding rental rates and property improvements.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in property management or a related field is required.
- Strong administrative skills, including data entry and record keeping.
- Excellent conflict management skills to handle tenant disputes effectively.
- Familiarity with property maintenance and facilities management best practices.
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Experience with upselling additional services or amenities to tenants.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to provide prompt and courteous assistance to tenants.
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable lease agreements.
