We're seeking a reliable, hands-on Mobile Home Park Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with residents and vendors

• Perform or coordinate minor repairs and maintenance

• Help enforce community rules and maintain park standards

• Support a positive and respectful environment for all residents

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic handyman or maintenance experience

• Ability to work independently and solve problems

• Experience in property management a plus, but not required
