This is a beautiful 590 site property, we need a strong management team with maintenance, office, and sales experience. 

Salary is set at $65,000 - $70,000 for an experienced MH team, plus housing, utilities, commission, quarterly and annual bonuses etc. etc. 

This positions will oversee, 2 maintenance staff and 2 office staff.
