I am experienced with numerous mobile home park ownership change overs. I have relocated numerous times through the sales and purchases of properties. I have worked with the rehab team hands on as well and can do many phases solo or oversee a crew. I am currently living in Michigan but i am looking to relocate to somewhere further south (West, or east). I'm 36, I  have no kids which makes me pretty flexible in the relocation process.
