We are seeking a reliable, hands-on, and community-minded individual or couple to manage the day-to-day operations of our 55+ mobile home park. This position involves maintaining the grounds and common areas, managing the clubhouse, overseeing all aspects of park operations, and collecting rent from residents.

Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Collect monthly rent from residents and maintain accurate payment records.
  • Issue late notices and coordinate with ownership regarding delinquencies.
  • Maintain basic administrative records and assist with tenant communication.
  • Perform light maintenance such as mowing grass, trimming shrubs, and general landscaping.
  • Coordinate with vendors for repairs or services as needed.
  • Conduct regular park inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with community rules.
  • Keep the clubhouse clean, functional, and welcoming.
  • Ensure clubhouse supplies are stocked and equipment is maintained.
     

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in property management, maintenance, or similar role preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic computer and recordkeeping skills.
  • Physically able to perform light outdoor labor (mowing, walking the property, etc.).
  • Must be responsible, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
