I’m currently looking to partner with mobile home park owners in Florida who want less day-to-day involvement but still want their parks run professionally and profitably.
I specialize in park management through master lease or JV structures — allowing me to take over operations while you maintain ownership. My goal is to separate owners from tenant interactions and handle the heavy lifting: rent collection, maintenance, bookkeeping, and all resident communications.
Every aspect is fully transparent — you’ll have access to detailed bookkeeping, call logs, and maintenance tracking. I can work with your existing vendors or bring in trusted teams as needed.
While I’m newer to mobile home parks, I bring 20+ years of property management experience managing single-family homes, multifamily units, and mobile homes on private land. I understand how to maintain occupancy, reduce turnover, and protect cash flow.
I’m actively building long-term relationships with park owners, investors, and operators. I’m open to management partnerships, JV deals, and either a fixed or performance-based master lease agreement where we all win as the park improves.
