We are actively seeking to acquire mobile home parks at this time. We will also partner with existing owners who want to sell in the future and need operational or capital assistance.
We will consider just about any deal size and type located in strong markets. Our ideal criteria is listed below.


Geography: East Coast is primary focus (Mid-Atlantic, Northeast and Southeast). Midwest is secondary focus. Will also consider deals nationwide. Will consider portfolio deals too.

Market: Strong, diversified markets; small to large markets considered

Size: Any size park (20-150+ sites is main focus)

Deal Type: All deal types/terms (cash, lease/option, owner financing, etc.)

Utilities: Will consider all infrastructure configurations; prefer city water & city sewer (or septic)

Occupancy: Will consider all levels; prefer greater than 60% occupancy

POHs: Park-owned homes are fine

Referral Fees: We pay referral fees for any off-market deal we close on
