Oklahoma after visiting my parks. I laughed so

I listened to the skit on you talking
with a mobile home park seller 5 times and each time I
picked up more ideas on how to approach sellers and what
to ask for. The property tax question in the skit
was a classic! You and Frank are doing an
excellent job and these shows and question and answer

1-8-2008 Comment on the entire MHP
series: I have now officially
completed listening to all of the CD series as well
as participating on a number of teleconference
calls. I would have to say that the information
that Dave and Frank provided and the manner in which
it was organized and presented, was the best use of
my time on this subject. No where else that I know
of is this information available in this amount of
depth. Your total openess and honesty about what
works, what doesn't and mistakes that you have made
in the past are part of what made your series so
beneficial. Bringing the information to your
listeners via CD and teleconference was so much
better than the typical 3 or 4 day seminar series
where no topic is ever covered to any great extent.
Congratulations and I thank you for your efforts in
helping the rest of us better understand this
business, how to evaluate, how to make money, but

I thought overall the
call was excellent. The great thing is that it is well
rounded. Real life examples are great with the why(s)
behind it. I think it is a fantastic value. In regards
to the giveaways - maybe consider a drawing of the
people signed up (not sure if you have a way to verify
if they are on the call or not). Note - I rated the
giveaway average just because I do no know baseball
trivia. I did know who was playing but that was the
extent of my trivia. Anyway, great job and look forward
to the next call.
If you are going to
ask any investor worth his/her salt if a price is fair,
then you are most asuredly going to get a resounding
"YES!" (smile) Seriously, I enjoyed the segments
that I was available to listen to, and always enjoy the
skits, stupid stories, and of course, listening to
someone evaluate a properrty, no matter what it is, is
always fun... just to see how they do it, as opposed to
yourself or others. Making the MP3s available for
download is a good thing for me, because I am an active
investor, but currently only invest in mobile homes...
no park yet, darn it! Anything more you can
provide on how to find a deal, evaluating a deal,
finding partners for buying a deal, finding financing,
and the like is all very good for me!
