Caravan Village-Harmon Road-217 Sites
Caravan Village, on Harmon Avenue, is licensed for 222
sites and currently has 217 sites suitable for current available
home sizes. The homes are blocked on top of concrete runners.
Each home has a patio, or deck, with a concrete walk to either
the street or driveway. Behind or beside each home is a
concrete slab for the resident's own storage shed. About 30 %
of the sites have off-street driveway parking. The other 70% of
residents have abundant parking on the streets in front of their
homes.
The asphalt streets were widened and repaved; half in 2002 and
half in 2001. New water pipe main lines and laterals were
installed; half in the summer of 1997 and half in the summer of
1998. New water meters were installed at all homes sites at the

slab for the resident's storage shed. 45% of the sites have off
street parking and the other 55% have abundant parking on the
streets in front of their homes. The asphalt streets were
widened and repaved in 1992 and they do provide ample street
lighting. Water pipe main lines and laterals were replaced and
upgraded in 1994, while water meters were being installed at all
home sites. There is a well equipped playground with a
basketball court, full-size softball diamond complete with a
backstop and benches, plus a large open-air picnic shelter.
Caravan Village is about 16 miles south of downtown Columbus and
a about 14 miles north of Circleville, Ohio. Columbus has high
employment in a variety of industries including: state
government, healthcare, manufacturing, education and tech
