The park is a family community located in Scotts Bluff county Nebraska.
Centrally located between the towns of Gering and Scotts Bluff. Water
sewer and trash service is provided by the Village of Terry Town... We
have school bus service one block from the property. And just a few
minutes drive to major employers.
The area has enjoyed continued expansion over the last several years and
is projected to continue. With average new home prices continuing to
climb the rental market has remained strong and steadily increased the
average monthly rent. Super Wal-Mart, Home Depot, Sears and several fast
food chains have opened in the north end of Scotts Bluff.
The park sets on approximately 7 acres with curb and gutter on wide
gravel streets. Three streets (west half of Ridge Dr. All of Plains Dr.
and West Dr.) with ample parking run north and south. Two gravel alleys
handle the utilities and trash service. The majority of the lots is

spaces are charged $155 per month. Two raises are planned for next year
to bring them up to $175 per month.
All new tenants are now required to pay for water sewer trash on top of
their rent.
