The entrance is attractive and the interior streets are paved and well maintained. There is a laundry with coin operated washers and dryers and a recreation hall. The residents enjoy the use of fishing piers, a boat ramp and rental covered boat stalls. There is a kitchen for resident use in the recreation hall. There is an additional mobile home used as a manager’s residence. A new sea wall is in place.
