The first park consists of a HIGHLY VISIBLE 10.9 acres of COMMERCIAL type land!! This tract is surrounded by highways with the off ramp of west bound I-16 on the south side, State Highway 57 bounds on the west, State Highway 46 is on the north and a branch run is the boundary line on the east. The park/property is FULLY visible from the Interstate Highway as the Interstate 16 bridge goes OVER the intersecting State Highway 57 at that interchange and there's not hardly any vegetation to obscure a person's seeing any potential business from the Interstate each time they might pass by.
