This park is now under development. There are about 12.6 acres. I bought the property with the intention of doing most of the work myself. However, I was diagnosed with a form of muscular dystrophy about 4 years ago and find myself unable to keep up with the physical work necessary. Just cutting 12 acres of grass is an issue for me, even with good equipment. I'm 65 years old, and on long-term disability.
