Often, the difference
between a good sales price and a fire-sale is in the strategy of
what to do with the asset to make it as attractive as possible to
buyers. In addition, you often have immediate problems with city
inspectors and others to deal with. In this service, we build you a
complete turn-around plan based on the specifics of the park and
market it serves. We also provide estimates of what these steps
would cost, as well as the timing of completion. You can then use
this plan as a roadmap to take an under-performing asset, or
troubled asset with multiple challenges to its very existence, and
restore it to health and value.

In this, our highest
level offering, we provide the first two services for you, plus
whatever other consulting you need, in the field at your park. We
can fly out and walk the park with you and discuss the options
first-hand, right on property. We can also give you more educated
opinions on value and plans to increase value going forward. We can
even go with you to city hall and meet with officials or anyone
else, to give your turn-around plan credibility.

we actually help you turn around the park, get it ready for a sale,
and then help you sell it for the best price as quickly as possible.
