  • Managing a crew to refurbish homes so they can be rented or sold

  • Capital improvements

  • Assistance in turning around the park for maximum cash flow or preparation for sale

  • Setting up the park operations - management, leases, rules, and similar items

Our service is different than other services available.  We are part consultant and part project manager.  You get our knowledge of owning and operating over 75 mobile home parks. 

We offer in person, on property service for owners who are too busy, or just don't want to deal with the issue.

Who are we?

We are the same district managers that Dave Reynolds (the founder of this website) uses for his turnaround mobile home park projects.   We will work under the guidance of Dave Reynolds as well as Frank Rolfe.

Initially we are offering the service in the following states:

Colorado - Kansas - Nebraska - Iowa - Illinois - Indiana - Ohio

Sample Costs:

  • Monthly site visit and status report - $300.00 to $500.00 per month

  • Buying, Setup and Refurb of a Mobile Home - $1,000.00 to $1,500.00
