While we are an independent agent, 80% of our operation revenue comes from the specialty industry. The Barrett family has been developing insurance programs for manufactured housing for over 40 years.

 
We represent a number of insurance companies that offer a wide range of insurance products. Currently we have exclusive programs with Michigan Millers (Michigan & New York) Hastings Mutual (Michigan and surrounding Midwest states) American Insurance Alliance country wide with Sparta. We use many others to maximize out client needs. Mark Barrett is a Certified Insurance Counselor and owners 2 manufactured Housing communities in Michigan.
