On Site Management for Mobile Home Park located near Visalia CA. We have a 150+ space mobile home park and need an on site management team to operate the parks office and perform routine park maintenance. A working team with experience is required. Good verbal and written communication skills are important for the office management part of this job. Basic computer and email skills are needed for office. Ability to work with numbers and basic understanding of bookkeeping is necessary for this position. The maintenance part of the job includes maintaining the landscaping in common areas, maintaining the swimming pool, reading meters monthly, changing tenant electric and gas meters as needed. Also some painting, light electrical, plumbing and carpentry skills needed for this position. Compensation for this position includes the use of a three bedroom double wide mobile home, paid utilities and salary that is based on your experience and abilities.
