Set up files on incoming tenants, file reports with the state and county, and check all incoming invoices to be paid, organize group events for the park. Greet prospective buyers, show model homes, write up sales contract, pull installation permits, all utilities, work with finance/escrow companies, file state reports for al sales, sales tax reports, advertising, create literature for sales, A/P, A/R , and ageing reports.
