With over 20 years of experience as a commercial real estate and business professional, plus having expertise in the following areas: property asset and facilities management, leasing, construction project management, P&L analysis, finance, accounting, budget preparation, cost management skills, property taxes and insurance, collections, customer service, marketing, as well as an extensive background in real estate contract and lease law; and these skills should all prove to be valuable assets as your property manager.


I was responsible, as the owner's project manager, for the development, leasing and property management of the State of New Mexico's largest mobile home community located in Albuquerque, NM. In addition, I have also managed (as a regional manager) in excess of 6,200 apartment units during my career and that has provided me with the knowledge and supervisory experience of working with and overseeing property personnel, as well as third party companies that included: office staff, maintenance personnel, landscape companies, architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, suppliers, security companies, plus accountants and attorneys.


I have also completed more than 30 professional courses in real estate property and facility management, leasing, contract and lease law, finance, fair housing laws, accounting and construction project management. I am also bilingual in English & Spanish.


Relocating anywhere in the USA will not be a problem and I would be willing to relocate at my expense. I'm available immediately and can be relocated and ready to take over your open position within two weeks of an offer of employment.
