Property Management Company located in Davis has a fantastic opportunity and immediate opening for a bilingual Resident Manager at a beautiful and newly renovated Mobile Home Community located in Woodland, CA. Candidate must be able to communicate exceptionally well in both written and oral methods, and must be able to communicate complex ideas in a manner that leads to resolution. We are looking for a results-oriented multitasking personality.

Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.

The ability to work independently, plan and prioritize activities, coupled with the ability to communicate confidently and intelligently with senior level management is a must.

Candidate must be able to use a personal computer, including MS WORD, EXCEL, and become familiar with YARDI VOYAGER property management software.

Candidate must be able to understand housing and basic maintenance issues and complete minor repairs and maintenance quickly in areas not requiring specialized knowledge or tools.

A minimum two years related work experience in property management is required and leasing and marketing experience is a plus.
