used in the industry

the Rental/Lease
Market. I am a
Certified Property
Marketing
Specialist.
My computer skills
are strong and
include internet
marketing.
I have written and
administered an
annual $15M budget
producing
exceptional profits.
A lifetime of
maintenance skills
both hands on and
supervising others,
adds to my skill set
which I assume will
be desired for these
positions.
Detail oriented to a
fault, I am a people
person with good
communication and
presentation skills.
However, I expect
others to perform
and would have no
problem dealing with
delinquent renters.
