common grounds, and maintained all
structures. • Hired part-time maintenance
assistance as needed as well as EPA-licensed
pond maintenance specialists. • Maintained
accounts receivable and payable through a
budgeted park bank account. Property manager
for 99 unit community. Conducted unit sales
and performed applicable background checks;
directed staff in the collection of rents,
maintenance projects, accounts payable and
construction; prepared budgets and financial
reports. • Met prospective tenants to show
properties, explain terms of occupancy, and
provide information about local areas. •
Directed collection of monthly assessments,
rental fees, deposits and payment of
insurance premiums, mortgage, taxes, and
other operational expenses. • Inspected
grounds, facilities, and equipment routinely
to determine necessity of repairs or
maintenance. • Negotiated the sale, lease,
and development of property; completed and
reviewed appropriate documents and forms. •
Maintained records of sales, rental and
