We are currently seeking a Community / Property Manager for one of our Las Cruces, NM property.  The Community Manager is responsible for “owning” the community and ensuring a positive experience for our residents by successfully managing all aspects of the day to day community operations, including, but not limited to marketing, sales, budgeting & reporting, property management, customer service, maintenance and administrative activities.  The Community Manager is also responsible for:



 
•       Managing Community staff; hire, train, supervise, mentor, evaluate, discipline and terminate employees as necessary
•       Prepare, process, sign, and maintain all leases and related items and handling all details related to community move-ins and move-outs
•       Collect rents, utility bill assessments, and handle delinquent accounts
•       Supervise and monitor outside contractors working on property
•       Organize and execute community events and ensure a positive tenant experience and excellent community relations



 
Requirements:
Ideal candidate has previous property management experience in an environment requiring extensive attention related to resident relations, community appearance, budgeting as well as identifying issues and implementing necessary changes, policies and procedures.



 
•       Minimum 2 to 5 years of property management experience.
•       Bilingual in English/ Spanish is required.
•       Experience managing and leading a team.
•       Excellent computer skills as well as experience with office procedures, financial budgeting, and reporting processes and systems.
•       Strong problem solving skills.
•       Excellent customer service, interpersonal and organizational skills.
•       Ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
•       Ability to work weekends.
