Seeking Manager/Maintenance Couple (retirees desired) with property management, record keeping experience.

Manage small park(32 sites) no park owned homes. Landscaping is xeriscape (high desert-ie no lawns!) Maintain cleanliness in park. Must like the challenge of turning a park around, filling spaces. Marketing skills desired. Light bookkeeping, monthly meter reading , MS Excel, MSWord , no money handling, maintain park rules. Bilingual is a plus. Housing provided as compensation. Other compensation TBD and merit based.
