Currently seeking a motivated team for the management of two Mobile Home Communities in the New Bern, NC area.  Candidates should have prior experience in property management and understand what it takes to increase occupancy while maintaining collections.

Applicants must apply as a team. Computer & maintenance skills are required. You must pass a background check that includes credit and criminal history.

Responsibilities are as follows:

Sales and marketing,

Review and screen potential residents, rent collection,

Eviction process as necessary, fill vacancies, home sales, maintain organized resident files, enforce park rules, customer service oriented, park maintenance, and property/home inspections.
