Mobile Home Park in Miami is seeking a qualified full-time property manager.


The successful candidate must have proven experience managing a mobile home or other residential community. Must be organized, motivated, and a good communicator (Spanish language preferred but not required). Must be a good manager and should have computer skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, Property Management Software, etc.)


Duties Include Timely collection of all rents and fees, Book Keeping & Records Management, and Ensuring community is properly maintained at all times.


Location: Miami
Compensation: $35,000 - $45,000 (commensurate with experience) + BONUS + HOUSING
