Park Gatekeeper/maintenance guy/gal wanted for small park in Meadville PA (65 Spaces). Can provide on site housing and salary. Would consider off site employee within a 10 mile radius. This would require approximately 15-20 hours per month. Please send resume/work experience and salary requirements. Some duties include mowing, reading meters, raking leaves, maintaining grounds and responding to tenants issues etc. No rent collection required.
