Monitors
budget
and
financials
of
the
community
Provides
leadership,
mentoring
and
training
for
community
team
members
Hires
and
evaluates
community
team
members
Interprets,
implements
and
oversees
adherence
to
company
standards
and
applicable
laws

Requirements:
Four
years
of
related
experience
and/or
training;
or
equivalent
combination
of
education
and
experience
Certificate
or
licensure
in
property
management
preferred
