budget

financials
of
the
community
Provides
leadership,
mentoring

training
for
community
team

Hires
and
evaluates
community
team
members
Interprets,
implements
and
oversees
adherence
to
company
standards
and
applicable
laws

Requirements:
Four
years
of
related
experience
and/or
training;
or
equivalent
combination
of
education
and
experience
Certificate
or
licensure
in
property
management
preferred
