REGIONAL PROPERTY MANAGER - MULTIFAMILY

 

MC Equities is an established residential property management company with a head office located in Vancouver, B.C. Canada.  For 15 years we have focused on acquiring and managing manufactured housing communities located throughout the US.  MC Equities currently has nearly 7,500 sites under management in 7 different states and is committed to further growth.

MC Equities is seeking a key member of the leadership team who has already proven themselves in the multi-family property management industry.  The successful candidate will assume responsibility for the supervision and budgetary control of 15 + multi-family residential communities in 4 U.S. States.  

Successful candidates must be leaders, highly professional and committed to the strategic objectives of the organization and the communities. 

JOB DESCRIPTION:  PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create and direct marketing  plans and strategies for each community market area in order to increase occupancy

• Build, train and motivate on-site management and maintenance teams

• Develop strategies to improve performance and efficiencies

• Ensure that all communities are working toward achievement of budgeted financial and operating objectives

• Participates in planning capital improvements and oversees the implementation of capital projects

• Ensures company policies and procedures are being implemented at all communities

• Provide insight, recommendations and reports to executives

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Regional Property Manager

• Demonstrates excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

• Excellent analytical and decision making skills

• Frequent travel

• Proficient in creating budgets and understanding financial statements

• Proficient in using MS Office
